2018 VMX Rnd 7 Mt Panorama

Mt Panorama in October! That will be a new experience. No more Motocross in the snow! With an average October temp of 20 degrees ‘The Mountain’ will be the perfect place for October Motocross. “I just love nice bikes and can’t stop buying them”

“I just love nice bikes and can’t stop buying them”

I wasn’t fortunate enough to race back in the day but I am racing now and loving it. I have more bikes than I want to admit but the main two I race are my Yamaha YZ250H in the EVO class and my Yamaha YZ250L in the Pre-85 class. The Heaven crew are a great bunch of people and the camping, camaraderie and of course the racing are the highlight of my month each month of the season. Brad – (600)

“Best fun I’ve had in 30 years”

“Best fun I’ve had in 30 years”

I found VMX by accident. I was searching eBay for a minibike for my son’s 9th birthday and kept seeing this term VMX. When I Googled it, I found this site. When I went to one of the race meetings to have a look, as soon as I heard the roar of the 2 strokes and smelled the 2 stroke oil burning, my adrenaline began to pump again. 2 bikes, a ute, a trailer and a revitalised workshop full of vintage parts later, I have rediscovered why I took up dirt bike riding back in the 70s. It was to have FUN! And my boy and I are certainly doing that now. Ken – (222)
